SUMEDHA MALHOTRA, CFP®
ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL PLANNER
We are pleased to announce that Sumedha Malhotra, CFP® has joined our firm as an Associate Financial Planner, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the banking and financial services industry. As AFM’s newest hire, she will be overseeing our financial planning department which assists our advisors by running projections for clients to see if they can retire comfortably, pay for their children’s college, and much more. In her latest role prior to joining AFM, Sumedha worked as a Financial Planning Analyst at Edelman Financial Engines supporting client relationships, and assisting with the development and implementation of financial plans and investment portfolios. Sumedha was born and raised in India, and also passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (India) exams before moving to the Washington, DC area in 2006. Please join us in welcoming Sumedha to our firm.
