Investment News' Alexandra Armstrong Award for Lifetime Achievement 2017
On March 13, 2018 Alex presented the Alexandra Armstrong Lifetime Achievement Award to Peggy Ruhlin at the Investment News “Women to Watch” luncheon in New York City. A soldout crowd of over 400 attendees were present. Peggy Ruhlin is the third recipient of this award, which celebrates female pioneers in the field of financial planning. The Alexandra Armstrong Award includes a $5,000 gift to a charity of the winners' choice. Peggy proudly selected the Foundation for Financial Planning’s Pro Bono 4 Cancer project as her charity. This project will help families of cancer victims deal with their financial issues with the assistance of pro bono financial planners.
