Armstrong, Fleming & Moore, Inc. (AFM) has been recognized as a 2018 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers as announced by InvestmentNews as of March 26, 2018.

AFM was chosen as one of this year’s top 50 based on employer and employee surveys delving into everything from company culture and benefits to career paths and more.

“AFM is in the business of creating trust, goodwill and loyalty with its clients. By hiring for personality and cultural fit with the team and clients, retaining staff with strong benefits and growth opportunities, and nurturing the proper environment, we are able to help our clients achieve their goals.”

InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the inaugural survey and recognition program. The list is a first of its kind for the financial advice industry.

InvestmentNews is pleased to introduce our readers to firms with supportive cultures where advisers can thrive and are empowered to provide their clients with the best possible investment and financial planning advice,” said Suzanne Siracuse, VP/Publisher, InvestmentNews. “They are role models for other firms in the industry who are striving to improve their own human resource policies and practices.”

AFM will be recognized on May 15th at the inaugural Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers Awards Luncheon in Chicago at the University Club.
