27TH ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF EVENT

Carl Holubowich, John Wittelsberger, & Chris Rivers participated in the 27th Annual Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area Charity Golf Classic. All proceeds from the event are used to benefit the Foundation for Financial Planning and other pro bono activities for the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area.

PELOTON CORPORATE SHOWDOWN

Carl, along with several other advisors and Commonwealth home office staff, participated in the Peloton Corporate Showdown, where they not only took home top prize for the number of participants riding live during a friendly competition, but they also helped raise $5,815 (including registration costs, which were generously covered by Commonwealth Cares) for cancer research.

The net proceeds from the virtual fundraising event will be donated to Expect Miracles Foundation’s three signature programs that provide life-saving research and grants to young adults who are struggling financially while recovering from cancer:

  • Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
  • Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
  • The Samfund
